Buy Back Program

A Tech Recyclers offer a Buy Back Program for businesses, government bodies, and educational institutions seeking to responsibly decommission or liquidate large volumes of e-waste. If your surplus IT equipment retains market value, we may be able to purchase it directly from you.

How It Works

There are two simple options to begin the process:

  • Onsite Collection & Assessment: We can arrange for the collection of your equipment. Upon pickup, we’ll provide a detailed asset report, including serial numbers or asset IDs (if required). Following assessment, we will make a competitive offer based on the resale value of the equipment.
  • Itemised List Submission: Alternatively, you may submit a list of the equipment your organisation wishes to dispose of. Based on this inventory, we will assess resale potential and provide an offer accordingly.

Who We Work With

We welcome enquiries from any organisation with bulk quantities of redundant IT equipment. This includes:

  • Schools, TAFEs, and universities
  • Government departments and councils
  • Hospitals, aged care centres, and healthcare providers
  • Businesses, clubs, and not-for-profit organisations

We recycle over 500 computers each week, in addition to devices such as iPads, servers, monitors and other electronics. Where reuse is viable, equipment is rehomed; otherwise, it is dismantled for parts and processed for precious metal recovery in accordance with responsible recycling practices.
